If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working for one of the leading brands in the world, you will based out of their office in the heart of the Liverpool city centre. This role would initially be based on a fixed term contract, working up until the 1st of August 2019 with the possibility of this being made into a permanent role for the right candidate.

Your day to day responsibilities will be:

Communicating on behalf of the team alongside their central and regional communications departments.

Managing the operational service for the company`s social medial platforms, ensuring Social Customer Care is handled correctly.

Analysing and reporting all social media activities.

Reporting and monitoring the company`s diverse products and services within the social web to ensure Social Media Monitoring is evident.

Engaging with communities to ensure the identifying of key influences.

Identifying trends and development of it`s best practises.

Providing first hand support to to colleagues when responding to customers on a wide range of their social media platforms alongside creating guidelines and updating of the data base.

To apply for this position, it would be preferred that you have the following:

Relevant experience in a social network, ideally in maintenance of both social media platforms and communities.

Experience in the social media sector.

An in depth knowledge of all relevant social media tools and to be aware of current online communication techniques.

You must also be able to possess excellent verbal, written and interactive communication skills in both English and German.

Working hours for this position would require flexibility as the rota requires someone available to work between 7am-10pm. You would also be required to work one in four weekends due to the flexibility required at the site however this would then require you to only work three days during the working week.
