Brook Street are currently recruiting for a German speaking Customer Support Agent for our call centre client located in Belfast city centre.

The client is one of the best call centres in Belfast and they offer a fantastic place to work, bright modern working conditions and excellent training to get you ready for performing to your best ability in the role.

The job will involve dealing with customers via telephone and also on email, applicants for this position must have excellent communication skills both oral and written.

The main duties involve dealing with customers who are reporting faults with their telephony devices/networks etc. You would be responsible for logging the issues to pass on to the engineers, and you will also involve doing some basic troubleshooting.

The role requires applicants to have a certain level of technical knowledge with an equal focus on delivering excellent customer service.
You must be fluent in German - written and oral and you must also be fluent in English.

Applicants for this job must also have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience gained in a call centre or in a retail environment and you must be fully IT literate.

The salary for this job starts on £17,076 per annum and the hours would be working shifts between 6:45am and 5:45pm 5 out of 7 days on a rotational basis.
