Job Description


Brook Street Recruitment is working with our client in Ballyclare to recruit an experienced Goods In Coordinator to join their expanding team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
o Recording of goods inwards / outwards in line with company policy
o Take receipt of goods delivered, ensure that goods are checked off in an accurate and timely manner and check for damages and quantity
o Accurate processing of all goods receipt paperwork
o Deliver stock to correct area of stores and place in correct locations
o Update company system to enable accurate stock level maintenance
o Take responsibility for the warranty compound
o Maintain and return parts in line with the Volvo warranty return procedure
o Assist with picking orders as required
o Assist with stocktaking as required
o Ensure Goods In area is kept clear of hazards and debris
o Adhere to Company Health and Safety regulations
o Carrying out other duties relevant to the job role as required

Skills, Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will:
* Possess experience of working in a similar role, involving work in goods in /stores
* Possession of a current forklift licence would be desirable
* Possess a working knowledge of good practice relating to Health & Safety regulations
* Be IT literate

Please note that there will be an aspect of manual handling to the position.

This job role will primarily be Monday to Friday hours but flexibility is required to work evenings and weekends as required.
