Goods Inward Operative 18k Mon- Fri 8:45 - 17:15

Have you worked in facilities? Do you like a busy and varied role?

We are looking for an immediately available Goods Inward Operative to support my clients in their busy department through receiving, processing and allocating goods to appropriate departments in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include:

*Receiving delivery of goods, processing and distributing

*assisting colleagues in room layouts across the campus

*Daily completion of log for all deliveries, specials and recorded items.

* Moving stock around by hand, using lifting gear or forklift truck, Regular lifting / manual handling according to Health and Safety standards.

*Checking deliveries against the delivery note with accuracy, recording damaged or missing items, and arranging supplier uplifts for damaged stock / returns
