Job Description

We are working alongside a well-known education provider based in Oxford who are looking for a Graduate Data and Data Futures Coordinator.

You will liaise with contacts in the four divisional offices to enhance data quality through the development of a reporting framework.

Responsibilities/duties

Identify and develop reporting tools and processes to assist colleagues in divisional offices and Student Records with regular data monitoring requirements.

Provide advice on what system and/or changes might be required to accommodate changes in policy and/or procedures.

Carry out Data Quality Team activities to enable work to be carried out on Data Futures project requirements, and to support ongoing Business as Usual activity.

Essential selection criteria

Strong educational background including a first degree (or equivalent).
Effective planning, organisational and time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects and conflicting deadlines.

* The ability to deal with complex quantitative data

* Awareness of issues relating to the provision and analysis of student data especially in relation to quality assurance and enhancement and especially with regards to Graduate students.

* Excellent teamwork, liaison and facilitation skills including the ability to work with people from different backgrounds and at all levels within the collegiate University as well as demonstrably high levels of customer communication and interaction skills via telephone, in writing and face to face.

* A good understanding of the issues that arise in working in a large and complex organisation.

Working hours at 37.5h per week but will consider part time as long as its not below 30 hours.

Pay Rate: 18.29p/h
