Our City Centre client has engaged with Brook Street for a Graduate IT Associate.

Our client is a leading Multinational provider in IT. You will located in attractive surroundings with excellent views over Belfast.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive Voice and Email support to its Customers. This will range from offering end user support to co-ordination with vendor, client problem management team & other towers whilst delivering a high level of customer service and quality of service.

Experience preferred from applicant
Understanding on ITSM ticketing tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of ITIL framework.
Exposure to any customer service role for a minimum of 6 months.
Full availability of working in 24/7 environment.


In return you will be paid an hourly rate of £8.00 per hour
