Job Description

Due to my client successfully acquiring another company, I have an exciting opportunity for a graduate IT engineer.

The company are based in South Leicester and are a telecoms and system management company.

The ideal candidate will have an IT orientated degree, and will have knowledge of Networking, Data, Broadband, Routers, and port forwarding.

You will be required to carry out daily professional tasks such as surveys, product installations, training, rectify technical faults, maintain active systems and work to a high standard at all times.

Key responsibilities:

- Carry out site and remote surveys to confirm the premises and the solution meets the requirements of the customer
- Carry out Site and Remote Product Installations consisting of configuration, deployment and customer handover and training
- Carry out site infrastructure installations to include cabling, telecoms, IT and Networks
- Be able to work alone or part of a team and under pressure to meet the customer targets and deadlines
- Resolve technical faults on site and remotely for all products, working efficiently to meet our customer SLAs whilst always delivering a high level of customer service
- You will be required to cover the help desk when requested to do so, responding to customer faults and service requests whilst supporting our in-house support teams

You will be part of a small team this is a really fun and fast paced working environment, so we are looking for someone who is really organised and on the ball with things; a candidate that possesses lots of energy and an inquisitive personality is perfect for the vacancy.

Hours - 08.00 - 17.00 Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

£10.10 per hour - Temp - perm opportunity to the right candidate

Ideally you will be a driver as you will be required to travel at times
