As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will be provided with training software to introduce you to Brook Street, our systems and processes. Alongside this you'll be provided with on the job training, shadowing the existing consultants and learning how to become successful.

A large element of the role will also include business development, making regular contact with existing clients as well as developing your own desk and bringing new clients on board!

When the deal is closed and you have new roles, you'll advertise and attract candidates. Screening and registering to ensure you're matching the right candidate to the right role, keeping everyone happy.

Brook Street offer a 360 recruitment process, you'll get training for all aspects of the role so you can feel confident in the service you're providing.

You'll be joining a successful, busy and motivated team of consultants who are looking for a like minded individual with strong team player attributes.

In return we offer:
A basic salary of £18,000 - £20,000
