Graduate Sales Representative

Permanent

Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30

1 Hour Lunch

20 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays

My client is seeking an individual to grow into a Sales role however due to the nature of the role & the business the training will take approximately 6 months, therefore initially you will be shadowing for the first part of your career with the Company.

Therefore, your studies from University will be key to aid with your learning & natural inclination towards anything Environmental or Agricultural.

Our client`s product is today a unique product in the UK, the thorough induction will be predominantly devoted to the product & its dramatic benefits.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate from an environmental or agricultural study. My client is looking to train someone within the role and wants someone with passion and drive to succeed.

They are looking for a candidate to be an advocate for their company and really show a passion for their vision.

The candidate will need to be reliable and looking for a long-term career.

As this is a graduate role, full training will be provided where you will shadow the company owner to get a full understanding of the role.

The main responsibilities of the role will be:
Liaising with suppliers and partners to secure costing and technical information
Identify customer needs
Evaluating requests and enquiries from potential customers
Developing details of preferred solutions for individual customers
Making and receiving telephone calls
Using a warm lead database to arrange appointments to meet with potential clients

The person my client is looking for will possess the following skill set:
Passion to lean and understand a new and evolving business
Someone who wants to develop in sales
Graduate level educated preferably within the environmental sector
Strategic Thinker
Problem Solving abilities

The ideal candidate will have a confident and professional telephone manner, be target driven, and have negotiating and rapport building skills. Sales and upselling experience would be an advantage.
