Job Description

Brook Street are seeking a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer for an award winning estate agents and are one of the largest, most progressive and successful companies in the South of England. You will be located at the Head Office in Chelmsford.

You will take ownership of the brand, creating high quality design solutions through an excellent proven understanding of design and print. You will be comfortable contributing to the visual identity and tone of the brand.

You will maintain and build the visual reputation, promoting the company mission, vision, values and objectives. You will have assistance from a Junior Designer on a one day per week basis and be able to deliver clear guidelines and requirements for projects that they will be involved with supporting on.

The successful candidate will have strong in-house branding experience, creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense. You will also have an excellent understanding of outputs required for all print and digital collateral and be comfortable working at pace to meet multiple deadlines. You will be proactive, have a can-do attitude and be flexible in order to ensure the business needs and requirements are met.

This includes:

The creation and delivery of high quality design-led assets for all areas of the business. Working across web, email, social media, corporate literature, and events collateral

Proficient/highly skilled in the Adobe packages (InDesign/Photoshop and Illustrator)

Ensure all branded artwork is technically accurate: checking correct use of colour systems for different outputs, and ensuring all sign off ready for print packaging.

Advise on style and create design suggestions

Liaise with internal staff and external suppliers to create solutions to solve design briefs, taking into consideration the audience and their needs.

Work closely with key stakeholders within the business to ensure their feedback and input is implemented with the design output

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced and demanding environment and relish the opportunity of being part of an award winning team

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all third party suppliers (printers, photographers, etc)

Confident and upbeat enthusiastic and able to work autonomously
