We are looking for a well rounded graphic designer who is ready for an exciting challenge, in a dynamic Agency based in Hertford.

My clients office currently consists of eight experienced and career minded individuals who believe in work hard, play hard. The company does not believe in politics and generally works to a non-hierarchical structure. This allows each team member to work to their own initiative and ensures that nobody is micro managed. This also means that everybody has a high level of trust and responsibility which has seen over half of the team go from an internship level to directors. Employee retention is strong with 25% of the company having served 8 years or more. With some fantastic clients and a very strong portfolio you will be making some great relationships and helping to grow the business to the next level.

You will be a talented graphic designer proficient in a designer commercial packaging, POS and branding working to a clients deadlines and brand guidelines and someone who is hands on, involved and has a thirst for knowledge and ready to take the next step in their career.

You will be open, friendly, approachable, excellent design skills evidenced in a portfolio. You must have the full Adobe Suite package experience.

Ideally you will be a car driver with a UK licence. Salary £20,000 - £22,000
