You will be part of a small team of 4, headed by the Deputy Manager.

You will be expected to make sure guests have an excellent stay at the hotel and have a stay to remember. You will be expected to pick up on whether it is their birthday, anniversary or any other relative celebration and arranging small surprises. You will be walking around the hotel assisting all guests whether that's helping with their luggage to the car or advise on where to go in the historic city. You will also be walking around the hotel, picking up on any faults and getting the correct staff to fix the fault. This is a very relaxed and a very rewarding role, right?

You will be expected to have experience working in any hotel within a Senior or Supervisor level with a friendly, customer focused and enthusiastic approach.

You will benefit off an exciting salary of between £22,000 to £26,000 per annum. You will also receive free work uniform with dry cleaning provided for no fee, free onsite parking, free on shift meals, free use of the onsite gym and leisure suite, discount on stays in all hotels, 50% off in the restaurant and monthly cash bonuses on the General Managers discretion.

You will be working 5 out of 7 days a week, on alternative shifts. You will be working between the hours of 07:00-16:00 or 14:30-23:00.
