A fantastic opportunity to join an established brand within the hospitality sector. My client is looking for a customer focused individual to join them on a permanent basis in an exciting role that offers variety.

This is a full time position working 40 hours a week which will include evening and weekend across two shifts of 6.30am -3pm & 2.30pm -11pm. You with be customer facing situated in the reception area and will be dealing with incoming guests, answering incoming calls and responding to customer queries and complaints via email. You will be responsible for ensuring that the site runs smoothly so will need to ensure general housekeeping is completed, ensure any maintenance or H&S issues are reported to the appropriate person.
You will need previous experience working within a customer facing role ideally within the hospitality sector.
You will need excellent verbal communication skills.
You will need to have excellent time management skills
