We are currently recruiting for a Guest Services Manager with strong administrative and customer service skills, who is well organised to join the busy team. You must have a five star smile! You will be paramount to the guest`s enjoyment from the time they enter the hotel and spa to the time they leave.
You must have the ability to coach and direct staff while on shift, be extremely organised and must hold operational hotel experience either within food and beverage or front of house departments.
