Job Description

In partnership with a recognised provider of elderly care and support, I am seeking a health care assistant to join one of their homes in the Staffordshire region.

You will join a good CQC rated service and become a key member of a successful team.

Your duties will include:
" Personal care and support
" Support with activities
" Working within care and support plans
" Liaising with visitors to the service
" Actively communicating with families and external agencies
" Maintaining a safe, homely, and engaging environment for the people in your care

To be successful in your application for this role, you must
* Hold a minimum of NVQ level 2 in health and social care
* Have experience on a personal and/or professional level in the delivery of care
* Be flexible to work a varied rota
