SOUGHT FOR HIGHLAND ACCOMMODATION/EVENTS BUSINESS
On behalf of my client, I am currently seeking to find a Chef with an impressive culinary cv who would be interested in working as part of a new and exciting accommodation/events business based twenty miles outside of Inverness.
Your role as part of this small dynamic family business specialising in luxury accommodation and high-end events would be to develop a 5* food offering whilst developing and growing the F&B side of the business.
What your profile looks like...
Someone who is passionate about luxury travel, food & drink and hospitality
Self-motivated and happy to think on your feet
An interest in live fire cooking and outdoor cooking (the owners have a fantastic Argentinian Asado and love to host outdoor events)
A passion for fresh produce - the Highlands have access to some of the UK`s finest food offerings - think lobster, scallops, venison and locally reared beef
Proven chef ability and experience of running a small kitchen
Scope of the role...
Responsible for the development of the F&B side of this business
Develop a wide range of menus for events from high-end corporate functions to weddings
Recruit and train chefs - develop local emerging talent
Define training standards and processes
Execute a quality assurance
Accountable for F&B, P&L and KPI`s
