EXECUTIVE CHEF - SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS

A unique opportunity has arisen in the Scottish Highlands for an Executive Chef with a 5* resort. The property, north of Inverness is seeking to find a Chef with an impressive culinary cv who would be interested to be part of a new and exciting hospitality venture to host VIP guests, corporate retreats and small intimate weddings.

As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for running a small kitchen team to deliver a wide range of food offerings with the very best Highland ingredients.

This is a rare opportunity for a Chef who is seeking to take the next step in their career and re-locate to the Highlands, to work as part of a small dynamic management team with the aim of becoming one of the most sought after 5* venues in Scotland.

Your profile looks like this….

  • Proven chef ability and experience of running a small kitchen
  • Commercial acumen
  • A passion for cooking fresh produce, the Highlands have access to some of the UK's finest food offerings - think lobster, scallops, venison and locally reared beef
  • An interest in live fire cooking and outdoor cooking (the owners have a fantastic Argentinian Asado and host outdoor events)
  • Passionate about luxury travel, food & drink and hospitality
  • The drive to take your career to the next level, set up and run a dynamic team
  • Grow the business and make a name for yourself in the Scottish food industry
