A Unique opportunity has arrisen for an experienced creative sous chef that wants to take charge of their own kitchen

Our client (A well renowned London restaurateur) is opening a Highland location

With plans to have weeklong residences from Michelin star chefs the successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to work with some of the most respected figures in the culinary world in also there will be opportunities to travel and work at their other locations around the world.

The successful candidate will be innovative & have a passion for local ingredients - perhaps foraging in the greatest larder in the world for ingredients, love pickling & fermenting to add a twist to your creations, will think of food as an art form to delight all the senses.
