A new American style restaurant providing a unique dining experience with exceptional food, live music and entertainment, is currently seeking a Head Chef to run their newly fitted kitchen.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of something truly exciting and innovative in Worcestershire.

As head chef you will be liaising with the General and Assistant Manager with regards to food and financial operations. You will contribute to menu creations and have the freedom to run a busy and fast paced kitchen with the opportunity to help mould the team around you.

Successful candidates must be experience cooking with fresh, local sourced ingredients and be confident creating a list of hearty meals including burgers, steaks, chicken and variety of cuisine originating in the South Eastern United States, and from Native American culture.

You will also delivering training to all kitchen staff regarding food prep, hygiene and safety, deal with stock rotation and orders.

This position can offer £30,000 for the successful candidate and can interview immediately.
