This is a fantastic opportunity for a developing Registered Manager or a dedicated Head of Care to join a Residential Home and School for Young People with Learning Disabilities, in the Halifax area.

You will be working for an award winning company who specialise in residential step-down services for Children and Young People with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs.

As the Head of Care you will be responsible for the Residential home and Special school for up to 12 young people aged 11 to 19 with Autism, Learning Disabilities and associated behavioural problems. You will be reporting to the Head of Service, you will have significant knowledge of this client group and a proven track record of delivering high quality outcomes within the regulatory framework set by Ofsted.

The ideal candidate will hold or be working towards a Level 5 in Leadership and Management and a proven record in Managing Residential homes and is flexible to travel.
