Our client is looking for a strong leader who will lead and develop the adult`s residential services, With the resilience and organisation skills to guide a team into delivering high levels of service. You will do this by working alongside a team, supporting them deliver person centred care.

The Head of College Residential will ensure that high levels of emotional, behavioural, therapeutic, physical (including sensory) and spiritual care, appropriate activities and homely and nurturing accommodation are planned, provided and delivered by all members of the home`s team in order to achieve the best outcome for the people using the service. You will be the next in command to the Principle and will deputise in their absence as well as offering support when needed.

You must also have an NVQ Level 4 or 5 in leadership of care and management, experience of managing a team within an adult care setting as a registered manager, and an in depth knowledge of supporting adults with learning difficulties and disabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity which will offer exciting developmental opportunities whilst being a part of a holistic, caring and high standard organization. You will be working 40 hours per week on an 8-5.30 basis which may include evening and weekend work when needed. Where you will oversee 7 houses, with 2 residential home managers, senior residential workers and a staff team.
