Job Description
We have an opportunity for a remote working requirement for Head of Complaints, Band 8b based with a North Wales NHS Trust. The post will be for 6 months but as always with temporary work could potentially run longer or lead to work on other projects.
The ideal candidate will be expected too:
- Implement a new process for handling complaint
- Deliver training to the team
- Manage and work on a backlog of complaints
- Manage some of the team
The candidate is able to work from home but will be expected to attend one of the three sites where the complaints team are based every couple of weeks so the candidate would need to be able to have access to their own transport to travel.
The three sites would be:
- Bangor
- Rhyl
- Wrexham
