This very successful and expanding organisation based in South Manchester are looking for an experienced Credit Control Manager

The key responsibilities within the role will include:
Collating data from a variety of sources and generate accurate and timely financial information relating to tenant rent arrears
Organising the workload and team resources to ensure operational delivery
Lead new processes where required, working closely with relevant areas of the business and stakeholders
Undertake account reviews
Ensure Financial controls framework and audit requirements are met
Drive delivery against SLA's and monitor performance using SLA's/KPI's

What you will need:
Previous and thorough experience working within a credit control function
Proven background in Managing a credit function
Membership of the Institute of Credit Management (ICM)
Strong Excel skills
Possess a sound understanding of financial operations, process and risk, financial control and the pivotal link to cash collection
The ability to build relationships, manage internal and external stakeholders
