We are looking for a Head of Customer Care to join their busy team.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will manage the customer journey in line with the Company's strategic objectives.
Your aim will be to drive change to ensure delivery of customer care in line with the Company's service standards and regulatory requirements whilst collaborating with other business areas to further develop and implement customer care strategies.
You will be responsible for supporting the continuous development and implementation of the Company's strategy, proposing innovative ideas and influencing positive change to improve customer care.
We are looking for someone who has the experience in identifying, mitigating and monitoring risks to the customer journey and manage resource and budget effectively to facilitate the development companies objectives.
You will be an experienced manager who will oversee the Customer Contact, Claims and Customer Experience teams aswell as manage the company trainers.
