One of the UK`s leading providers of reverse logistics are looking to recruit an experienced Head of Marketing who has the ability to develop and deliver competitive marketing strategies.

The scope of this role spans across three group companies, who each have different marketing requirements and as such the successful candidate must be able to organise and prioritise workloads whilst developing and delivering a range of marketing strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
" Planning, implementing and managing the overall marketing strategies
" Developing the brand, key proposition and increasing brand awareness
" Preparing Ecommerce projections for the Finance Director
" Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual marketing budgets
" Reviewing performance to ensure the budget spend is delivering return on investment
" Managing and expanding the in-house marketing team
" Setting, monitoring and reporting on staff KPI`s
" Researching and analysing market trends and competitors
" Negotiating and liaising with marketing agencies
" Creating initiatives within the team to increase engagement, morale and retention

The ideal candidate will have experience in:
" Digital marketing
" E-marketing
" E-commerce
" Google Analytics
" Managing a team

LOCATION: Morecambe, Lancashire

WORKING HOURS: Monday-Friday 0845 - 1700 (1-hour lunch)

SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000 (negotiable depending upon experience)
