If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client`s newly refurbished offices within the Liverpool City Centre, you will be joining the Liverpool office and join a very busy team that are currently handling the demands of an ever-growing and expanding portfolio.
Benefits for this role include:
A competitive basic salary of £35,000 plus OTE (solely based on experience).
Suitable working hours across a Mon-Fri period.
Local public transport links and local car parking facilities (to note, although it is preferred to drive and have your own vehicle, it`s not essential).
We are looking for this person to have the following experience:
Experience of managing over 1000 residential units.
Experience of managing 10 plus people.
Experience of lettings 50 units per month on average.
Be capable of generating reports, setting, and measuring KPI`s.

Experience within a Head of Lettings role.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment within property.
Confident of setting and managing KPI`s within the team to ensure targets are met.
