Brook Street are delighted to be supporting a successful global company who are looking for a Marketing professional to lead their team with a growing portfolio of worldwide brands.

The successful candidate will be forward thinking and collaborate with their team to influence creative thinking and benefit from a salary ranging from 30k (Salary negotiable depending on experience). This newly created role will be based in Gateshead. With a relaxed and motivational atmosphere you will be joining a dynamic, tight-knit team with a vibrant, energetic and fun working environment with access to free on-site parking.
You will oversee and co-ordinate and implement link marketing and PR efforts in order to continue to drive exposure of its brands and sales. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and managing marketing and PR campaigns that will be designed to continue building brand awareness and reputation.

The successful candidate must have:
" Prior experience of managing and developing a team.
" In depth understanding of the planning and development of marketing campaigns and strategy with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
" A clear understanding of all marketing disciplines including social media, email marketing, content marketing and PR and influencer marketing. Ability to understand customer`s needs or anticipate needs and develop appropriate marketing material.
" Knowledge of the commercial and financial aspects of marketing, ensuring campaigns are kept profitable and within budget.
