Our client is a leading training centre with a focus on providing child and adolescent psychotherapy and counselling and therapeutic support to children, young people and their families who are based in North London, Hertfordshire and beyond.

As well as working with statutory and emergency services, they also support schools to intervene early with regards to any mental health issues.

They are currently seeking a passionate and independent self-starter to take the lead on managing and delivering our operations of therapeutic services and expanding our delivery of those services into schools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on strategic growth, community engagement, service delivery and financial sustainability plus the development and management of company policies and procedures. This is a great opportunity for someone interested to establish themselves as a business development and operations professional. You will also liaise with external agencies, statutory and non-statutory organisations, schools, head teachers, senior staff and governors in order to nurture relationships, identify new clients and secure new contracts.

Applicants with a background in business development in Children's Services or a related setting such as social care, health, education, public sector contracting etc would be desirable. Also the ability to prepare tenders and grant applications, to secure financial sustainability of the service would be an advantage.

In return they are offering a competitive salary of £44,000 per annum plus a company pension, holiday entitlement and a fantastic working location.
