Job Description

Covering two hospitals, health centres and community sites this NHS Trust offers compassionate care to the residents of West Yorkshire.

Striving to put their patients first through the constant improvement of their service levels they are now looking to urgently recruit a temporary Head of PALS & Complaints to act as a source of advice and direction for the improvement of The Trust.

Accountable to The Assistant Director of Nursing/Deputy Chief Executive you will be experienced in:
# Handling significant NHS complaints/ PALS technical experience at an operational and leadership level.
# Experience of leading successful Quality Improvement projects/service developments - familiarity with QI methodologies would be a bonus.
# Proven team leadership skills.
# Training skills / experience of designing and delivering training.

This will be a 3 - 5 month, full time contract with a view to start ASAP, please note that some on-site working may be required,
