Role: Head of Production
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: £35,000-£45,000
Hours: Mon-Fri (40 hours per week)

Do you have 4-6 years previous production management experience or a degree level qualification in engineering?

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking candidate to head up a production team within one of our clients warehouses. You will responsible for managing the teams holiday and sickness, manage stock levels, resource management, lead weekly meetings, motivating the team, working closely with the head of fulfilment to make sure labour and stock requirements are met, planning and implementing new production activity, health and safety management, setting daily KPI`S and creating regular reports.
