Can you shape and lead a specialist sales team?

You will need to deliver profitable growth by being an Inspiring Leader working with one of the UK's leading bulk health supplements supplier for private label.

£55,000- £60,000

JOB TITLE: Head of Sales

LOCATION: Watford

TYPE: Health and Wellness

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9 - 5pm

My client is looking for a hands-on inspiring leader to mentor and demonstrate the best behaviours and demand and inspire greatness from their team.

The day to day duties includes but not limited to:

• Direct and lead a team
• Create compelling sales story that grows existing customers and unlocks new customers
• Create and execute channel strategies to maximise profitable growth
• Manage major specialist accounts to ensure we unlock sales from existing and new customers
• Manage and maintain budgets
• Delivers then exceeds sales targets
• Is a specialist - is aware of market dynamics and keeps abreast of market developments
• Is an active leader who leads from the front

• P&L understanding
