Can you shape and lead a specialist sales team?
You will need to deliver profitable growth by being an Inspiring Leader working with one of the UK's leading bulk health supplements supplier for private label.
£55,000- £60,000
JOB TITLE: Head of Sales
LOCATION: Watford
TYPE: Health and Wellness
HOURS: Monday - Friday 9 - 5pm

My client is looking for a hands-on inspiring leader to mentor and demonstrate the best behaviours and demand and inspire greatness from their team.
The day to day duties includes but not limited to:
- Direct and lead a team
- Create compelling sales story that grows existing customers and unlocks new customers
- Create and execute channel strategies to maximise profitable growth
- Manage major specialist accounts to ensure we unlock sales from existing and new customers
- Manage and maintain budgets
- Delivers then exceeds sales targets
- Is a specialist - is aware of market dynamics and keeps abreast of market developments
- Is an active leader who leads from the front

- Credible industry knowledge in health and wellness industry
- Proven sales leadership
- A track record of delivering profitable growth
- P&L understanding
- Effective team management (resource allocation, motivation and drive)
- Experience in account management
- High impact people skills,
