Head Of Sales & Engineering

Monday - Friday - 40 hours a week.

Based in Camberley, Surrey

A successful and well-established precision engineering firm is currently looking for a Head Of Sales and Engineering professional. You will need to have experience working in a similar capacity and be able to drive the company forward with new ideas an initiatives.

My client is offering excellent career prospects for the right candidate - Salary up to £60k

The Role

To establish and maintain relationships with current customer base and source new business to include estimates and quotes for current/new business.

Main duties and responsibilities:

1. Key Account Management for certain significant customers
2. New Business Development - existing and new customers
3. Responding to enquiries and leading estimating/costing process
4. Leading production planning
5. General Customer Service/Support
6. Marketing
7. Engineering Project Delivery
8. Project Management

Experience/Qualifications

Essential
" Engineering & CNC Experience
" SME Experience
" HND/Degree qualified

Desirable
" Hydraulics experience
