Do you have clear evident as a Head Of Sales previously within a large sales or contact centre environment? Are you looking for a new role as a Head Of Sales for a leading financial regulated body?

If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Working at the client's Liverpool city centre office, you will be required to demonstrate your operational and business development background within a large sales team alongside maintaining a strong overview across their full sales process.

Your main responsibilities in this role include:

Keeping a decisive and effective approach in all times when overviewing the sales team.

Ensuring there is clear communication with line managers and team leaders so there is a clear running and picture of where the sales team should be.

Using strategic thinking to show a leading from the front in line with all sales teams.

Demonstrating a clear operational and business development background within a head of sales or operational management level title.

Have a decisive and effective approach.

Be friendly, hard working and able to lead from the front in a Head Of Sales role.
