Head of Secured Lending

Salary £40,000 basic, £60k OTE

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Manager/Experienced individual from the Secured Loans sector to build and lead a successful team.

Who you will be working For
My Client is building a team to specialise in mortgages and secured lending in a new office next to Doncaster Airport. They are looking for a Head of Secured Lending to ensure the business achieves all Secured Loans targets whilst working within network guidelines.

The Role
Running the department, managing all staff that fall under mortgages and secured lending, building my clients reputation within the industry, motivate and support the sales team, setting targets/KPI's in line with business objectives and ensuring they're reached.

Responsibilities:
" Work with the business to support the delivery of business objectives, along with Managing business targets to ensure Secured Loans targets are achieved on a monthly / quarterly basis
" Lead, manage and develop both the mortgage advice and processing teams to deliver an excellent customer journey
" Making sure that all sales people are using the web leads provided to the maximum conversion rates.
" Manage all staff within the operation making sure they're happy within the roles with the right support needed to succeed, also Making sure both the Sales and Underwriting divisions work together as one team.
" Train and Develop your teams to ensure staff have the best opportunity possible to achieve all targets set by the business, especially Trainee's
" Organising staff to meet workloads by analysing and anticipating trends whilst handling and managing any disruptions to work-flow. Report variations to line management to assist wider team in meeting service standards and quality targets.
" Hold regular staff meetings with both the Sales and Underwriting making sure everyone in the business understands how they are performing and what actions are needed.
" Hold regular one to ones with staff at least once a month to review performance and agree actions moving forward.

Skills/ Experience:
" Experience working within the Secured Loans sector is essential
" Experience of managing a sales team with Telephony sales experience yourself.
" Ability to lead and drive a sales team
" Energetic, enthusiastic, motivated and results-driven
