Job Description

Do you have over 5 years of agency or in-house SEO experience? Are you looking for a new challenge?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's head office in and around the Ormskirk to Skelmersdale area, you will be an ambitious, creative and proactive senior SEO candidate that would be joining the company's rapidly expanding team.

Benefits for this role include:

A competitive basic salary ranging between £35,000-£40,000 per annum.

Working hours that range between 0830-1700 Mon-Fri.

Free on site car parking facilities (please be aware owning your vehicle and having a full, clean UK Driving licence is essential).

Performance related bonus opportunities.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include:

Setting strategies and managing accounts against KPI's.
Regular liaison with clients, including reporting.
Draft and edit engaging and original content.
Develop effective and coherent content strategies.
Optimise content for search engine marketing.
Keyword research, expansion and optimisation.
Develop and implement link building strategies.
Draft, design and distribute email marketing campaigns.
Work with development team to ensure on-site SEO best practice.
Recommend ways to improve SEO positions for clients across the board.

In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

Strong content creation skills and ability to write in a consistent brand tone of voice.
Ensure copy is accurate, engaging and SEO-ready.
Able to liaise with clients directly with a 'can do' and personable attitude.
Able to work to tight deadlines and daily targets.
Experience of using website CMS platforms, especially WordPress.
Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Search Console experience.
Proficient across social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

It would also be desirable for the right candidate to have experience of using MailChimp and as confirmed above, you would be required to own a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle based on the location of the site.
