As the Head of service, you will oversee a number of Specialist Supported living services across Lancashire. Your main purpose is to provide high quality Leadership, Management and Development. You will be responsible for inspirational leadership of teams within Supported Living & Specialist Services with a clear focus on quality and compliance generating a customer focus and high-performance culture.

We are seeking candidates with strong experience, knowledge and a proven track record of management and senior leadership within Adult Social Care. You will hold the Ability to manage and effectively deliver project, hold excellent knowledge and understanding of Person-Centred Planning principles and practices. Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, policies and procedures is also ideal.

You will have a positive attitude to change, innovation and growing new ways of working. You will work closely with senior colleagues within the department and the wider council as a key team member and will have the credibility to be able to provide healthy challenge, reflection and to be able to influence the development services.
The Successful candidate will hold relevant senior management experience, a minimum of a level 5 in leadership and management.

This is a full-time position with a salary starting from £55,000 dependant on experience, opportunities for further development and additional benefits.
