Job Description

I am looking for a strong and pro-active NHS candidate for an interim Head of Contracts cover until February 2020.

This position is a fixed term for 6 months with an immediate start. The successful candidate will be reporting in to the Service Director and will manager their direct report, undertaking a range of leadership and managerial duties relating to the management of supply contract services.

The role includes:
" Responsibility for negotiation of contracts and delivering against key objectives set out by directorate level
" Demonstrating operational leadership and management while monitoring all supply contracts and their respective schedules/workplans
" Monitoring service performance to ensure adherence to full compliance in relation to terms and conditions
" Working towards KPI's and delivering excellence while meeting SLA's
" Delivering on requirements to ensure NHSP supply chain continues to provide value for money throughout the life of the terms, with reputable suppliers.

We're looking for a candidate who has proven experience in a similar or like for like role and holds a current DBS certificate

Our client offers an hourly rate of £12.73, working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday
