We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Teacher to join one of the largest providers of childcare in the UK.

You will be working for a fantastic organisation that are a leading provider of innovative care and education services to children and young people who have complex needs - emotional, behavioural social, learning or physical needs. They operate across England and Wales with residential services and schools.

As the Head teacher you will be working within brand new school based in Lincolnshire. You will be responsible for the provision of leadership, direction and management of the school by developing and implementing the school development plan. To teach and educate students according to their individual educational needs, abilities and attainment potential of individual students entrusted to his/her care by the Head of School. You will be teaching according to the educational needs, abilities and achievement of individual students.

The ideal candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status, 5 years' experience in a school setting (of which 3 years ideally have been in with E.B.D or Learning Difficulties), 2 years of supervisory experience in a school setting, This post would be suitable for a qualified teacher and deputy or assistant head wanting to move on to the next challenge.

This is a full-time position with a salary of up to £70,000, potential bonus, 33 Days Annual Leave Entitlement (inc Bank Holidays), Pension Contribution, Company Sick Pay and Access to Benefits Package (Retail, Leisure, Entertainment Discounts, Access to Employee Assistance Program, Health & Eye Care)
