BS Social Care have an exciting new opportunity for a Head Teacher for their client's specialist school based in Runcorn, Halton.

The school is a specialist provision which caters for pupils with emotional and behavioural difficulties who need a smaller, more structured educational placement in order to develop their true potential. This is a small school registered for 15 pupils and alongside a Head Teacher there is around 6 other members of staff to ensure a high staff to pupil ratio.

To be successful for this role you will have experience of being a Head Teacher, Deputy Head Teacher or Head of Department. You will have experience working with SEN pupils and will have strong leadership and management skills with experience of developing outstanding. You will also have a teaching qualification and professional training to further your qualification.

The salary scale for this role goes up to £39,000 per annum and you will be required to work school hours with flexibility to work over school holidays and evenings needed. You will be entitled to 13 weeks holidays during school holiday periods and will be eligible for company bonuses and other incentives.
