Job Description

Position: Health and Safety Manager
Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: £60,000 + (salary dependent on individual)
Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Health and Safety Manager - Residential Construction
Brook Street are recruiting for am established housing developer with exciting growth plans operating across East Anglia, Lincolnshire and the South. They also have future plans to expand and grow the business further!

Main Duties for the Health and Safety Manager:

  • Reporting into the Board of Directors in regards to all Health and Safety procedures for the Residential Construction Division
  • Writing policies which will be implemented across sites and the business
  • Influence change and culture across the business on Health & Safety
  • Site visits across the business (aim to be office based twice a week)

Application Requirements for Health and Safety Manager:

  • IOSH & NEBOSH Qualification
  • Experience working in Residential Construction (2+ years preferred)
  • Managerial Experience (2+ years preferred)
