Health, Safety & Environment Manager
Full-time | £36K-£60K
Join a dynamic supply chain team as the HSE Manager, leading all health, safety, and environmental initiatives across a busy distribution centre and head office. You'll ensure legal compliance, drive a proactive safety culture, and implement strategic improvements that make a real impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead HSE compliance and culture across multiple sites
- Develop and maintain ISO-aligned safety systems (ISO 14001, 45001, etc.)
- Deliver training, audits, and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with teams to embed best practices
- Stay ahead of legislation and industry standards
What You'll Bring - Needless to say, you have the technical expertise, you're experienced in the practical application of regulations, legislation, policies and procedures, to really excel in this role.
- NEBOSH Diploma / NVQ L5 in OHAS
- Chartered or Graduate IOSH membership
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and ISO standards
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or FMCG environments
- Confident communicator and change leader
