They are a forward-thinking provider that supplies support and care to adults at both home and in the community as well at their supported living services.

My client wants to help people kick start their career in CARE !

Based in and around Coventry you will be required to provide care in people's homes. Working as a team you will be required in go into peoples homes and help them with shopping, cleaning, personal care, bedtime assistance, meal prep and medication. Each call will be between 30 to 90 minutes long depending on the package of care your client needs.

To be successful in this role you will be caring, compassionate, proactive and organised. You also need to have fantastic communication skills both written and verbal. You will also need to be a DRIVER with your own car. You also need to be flexible to 8 hour shifts, full time and part time positions are available but shifts will be spread across 7 days.

For your passion and commitment to the role you can expect between £8.91 and £10.00 per hour. Mileage. The opportunity to complete the care certificate and your NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care as well as a pension plan, full PPE, weekly covid testing and access to the vaccination programme.
