Health Care Assistant - Substance Misuse - Full Time - 37.50 hours per week - Gateshead - up to £22,907 + Benefits

We are working with an organisation based in Newcastle who are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join their team.

You will be supporting vulnerable people who have a series of substance misuse addictions. You will be supportive, motivating, engaging with these vulnerable people on their road to recovery.


This role is a rewarding role which will enrich and empower these vulnerable groups to support them with their overall health and well-being and to support the reintegration into society.
You will have a proven background working with vulnerable groups and in particular drug and alcohol misuse. You will have a proven background within Mental Health and excellent communication and listening skills.
