We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Health care Team Leader for a supported living service. If this sounds like the role for you then get in touch NOW!

You will be working for an excellent service provider who are highly experienced in providing specialist support to individuals and families living with effects of mental health and complex needs.

You will be managing the day to day running of the service based in Penrith! You will have the responsibility to line manage the front-line staff, Liaise with the clinical profession, manage rota, staff supervisions and lead a team confidently.

You must have real understanding managing a caseload of individuals with complex needs as well as having a real passion and drive to be leading by example with a firm management style. Positive attitude , Flexible to working hours and willing to participate in on call arrangements.

This is a Full-time permanent role 37.5 hours a week with a stating salary of £24,570.00 per annum with potential progression with growth, completing any upskilling and qualifications all supported with the organisation.
