Your job role?
Healthcare Assistant, you will look after the day-to-day needs of our client's residents, whilst showing compassion, care and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensuring that our residents are comfortable in their home.
The job revolves around helping clients with their immediate needs such as washing, dressing and maintaining their hygiene, as well as helping them with basic day-to-day activities. However, the care assistant role also includes getting to know clients personally and providing them with emotional support and company, which contributes positively to their wellbeing. We aim to send regular staff to regular care homes based all around the north east to provide a more personal approach to the care given by our care staff.

Requirements:
" NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (preferred but no essential)
" Flexible and motivated - able to cover a range of shift patterns
" Reliable - will ensure to keep shifts they agree to
" Strong communicator
" Excellent knowledge of the care industry
" Basic Life Support & Moving and Handling Cert
