Job Description

My client, a well-established Healthcare Recruitment Agency specialising in nurses, care and support work, have a rare and exciting opening for a professional Branch Manager to run their office in Worcestershire.

You will be responsible for building a team and developing a client base within this region, by networking, establishing new business opportunities and sustaining strong working relationships.

Your role will include the day to day running of the branch, managing and leading your team to achieve their sales targets while always promoting exceptional standards of care and service.

Ideal candidates with have previous managerial experience or experience of running a small team in a Healthcare environment. You must be motivated to exceed targets and go above and beyond and be extremely customer focused.

You will be rewarded with a highly competitive basic salary up to £35,000, plus commission, car allowance and additional company benefits.
