Job Description

Great opportunity for someone who wants to have a job that can fit around the school run paying 22k for 30hours which has flexibility based in Uxbridge.


The duties include:

Responding to queries
Complaint handling
Involvement in shaping the help desk process and SLAs
recommend changes to the system where necessary.

I ideal person will have used multiple computer systems, be able to use Excel for reporting purposes , have an eye for detail. If you have a background in law that would give you an advantage.
