My client is a globally iconic Business Travel consultancy with a beautiful HQ in the heart of central London. They are actively looking for a Helpdesk Administrator

You`ll be working in a vibrant and busy office with a team of switched on and fun people…banter is key!!!!

Main Roles:
-Provide Helpdesk support to users of our booking tool solution (email/phone/face to face with internal staff)
-Assisting with administration of the booking tool
-Undertake user training alongside Training Department, and demonstrations to customers as required and agreed with the Business Development Team.

Secondary Roles:
-Provide assistance with creation of marketing materials for the product and updating of our internal social media site
-Ad hoc support for customer implementations
-Attending networking events with internal and external customers to raise awareness of the product
-Shared responsibility for updating customer communications
-Shared responsibility for actioning various reports and monthly tasks within the department
-General office administration assistance where directed by Manager
