Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of the County Court Business Centre for experienced administrators to join their helpdesk administration team.
These positions will be split between working the office in Northampton town centre, and working from home on a rota system.
These roles are long term temporary contracts initially until April 2021 but will be extended.
Duties include but not restricted to:
- General administration and data entry tasks
- Preparing daily court bundles for hearings
- Typing of orders
- Answering telephone calls
- Responding to queries via email
- Franking of post to customers
Successful candidates will have previous administrative experience, great communication skills, able to work to strict policies and work with confidential information.
Working hours are 09.00 - 17.00, Monday to Friday, a total 37 hours per week.
The hourly rate of pay is £9.78 per hour.
