The centre prides itself on excellent customer service and is continually striving to improve using continuous improvement tools and techniques.
Your role will involve taking inbound calls from the public seeking assistance or responding to Civil Money Claims.
You will also be required to go through the database to enter in any missing data and be using the in-house system. With Mondays being the busiest day, no day is the same; some days maybe busier than others, some quieter.
To be suitable for this role:
" Previous customer service experience
" You must have an excellent telephone manner
" Be able to speak to customers with empathy and be a good listener
" Have good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
" Be able to work well as a team
" Be able to solve problems as they arise - please remember full training will be given
" Be able to use multiple systems
